Front Range Commercial, LLC, is pleased to announce the completion of the sale of the Air Academy Federal Credit Union Former Headquarters Building at 1355 Kelly Johnson Blvd.
The facility consists of 20,000 square feet of office space, a drive up facility, and 3 surplus acres of ground sold for $1,340,000.00 on August 15, 2012. It will become the new Corporate Headquarters for Comcor.
“The Air Academy FCU has relocated to their brand new Headquarters facility at Powers and Union, making this facility surplus for them,” Bob Nolette said about the sale. “This transaction went together well from the beginning, and was fun to work on.”
Michael Roslin of Front Range Commercial assisted on the listing side of the sale, while Bob Nolette of Front Range Commercial LLC represented the seller, AAFCU. Michael Helwege of Helwege Real Estate Partners LLC represented the buyer.
The Class B office building was built in 1979 and is in the Northeast submarket. There were no sales conditions; the property was on the market for more than two years and under contract for about four months.
